| Player is Black |
Sometimes, usually the first time playing a video, the screen is black. This means that your browser is not set to receive video, more particularly Active X. Setting the browser to accept Active-X is also set by installing the latest Microsoft Media Player that also runs WMV files, which are published. In some browsers, a notice will appear near the top of the browser (a bar line) so asking if you want to activate Active-X. Follow the directions to do so. Your browser will still continue to monitor picture files on your email and ask if you want to receive them or not. Once you have activated the permissions to run a video, you should never have an issue with viewing others. |
